Boffo Development Ltd. reached out to us with a unique project they were working on in downtown Vancouver. They carefully salvaged fir beams from the nearly 100-year-old site with the intention of meaningfully repurposing these into the new building.

The project interior designer, Scott Trepp, connected us to incorporate the wood into amenity furnishing that would find a new home in their old one. Brent hand-selected beams from the collection of timbers, which he then used to create a boardroom table and bench. Both designs are extrapolations from our Tafoni series with a scorched finish.
